To participate, follow the instructions for the idea and development phases:

Phase I: Idea submission

The deadline for idea submissions is by September 30th 23:59 IST.

- Your idea proposal should include: (in a one-page PDF)

• Idea Title: Short title for your project
• Problem Statement: A short summary of what problem is being solved and where
• Approach: How will you solve it? Short description and use case of solution.
• Overview with a diagram: Illustrate your idea with an architecture or other diagram (voluntary)
• A LinkedIn post saying “Signed up for the #mariadb #python #hackathon with my idea <idea title>” (feel free to add colour!)

Phase II: Development submission

The deadline for final development submissions is by October 31st 23:59 IST.

- Your final development submission should include:

• Link to Repo or Pull Request that includes working code as well as ample documentation to what the code does and why, and how to use it.
• Link to 2-4 minute Video demo (unlisted/public YouTube)
• A LinkedIn post saying “Just submitted the code for my #mariadb #python #hackathon submission on GitHub: <URL>” (feel free to add colour!)
